Terms of Service

1. Service Usage and Eligibility

The Service and information provided on the Site are not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.

Collection and use of personal information via the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

  • Authorized User(s): Customer users who receive access credentials enabling them to access the Service.
  • Customer Data: Data and information provided or made available to Codd AI by or on behalf of Customer.
  • Service: Codd AI's proprietary AI platform and all related applications, algorithms, and documentation.
  • Usage Data: Performance, analytical or usage data relating to access to, use of, or interaction with the Service.

3. Rights and Licenses

Subject to these terms, Codd AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You are responsible for all acts and omissions of your Authorized Users.

The Service and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Codd AI. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these terms.

4. Data Privacy and Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. Customer Data remains your property, and you grant us limited rights to use it only as necessary to provide the Service.

We may use anonymized Usage Data to improve our services, but we will not share your Customer Data with third parties except as needed to provide the Service.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement for material breach upon thirty (30) days prior written notice if the breach remains uncured. Upon termination, you must cease using the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codd AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
